Sage CRM Roadmap and Q&A Session (60 minutes)

We’re going to review the latest updates and what’s coming next for Sage CRM. And if you have some burning questions, submit them and we’ll cover the hottest ones during this session!


Workshop: Building a Sales Workflow and Automations (150 – 180 minutes)

We’ll cover the common steps in building out a sales workflow from tip to tail including designing, building, and refining the workflow. We’ll also dive into tools to use to make the process easier to manage. Plus critical things you’ll need to do (and the things you need to avoid)!


Workshop: Building A Service Engine (150 – 180 minutes)

This session will extend what is shown in the Sales Workflow session and cover additional touchpoints around how to set up and use both the Advanced Email Manager and the Web Self-Service Engine (customer portals). We’ll dig into the details on how these work and common things to watch out for.


Sage CRM Mobile Add-on (60 minutes)

We’ll review a third-party add-on for mobile Sage CRM. How does it differ from out of the box and how your team would benefit from using it over the standard mobile options.


Sage CRM Add-on Showcase (75 – 90 minutes)

We’ll cover popular Sage CRM add-ons and extensions and show you how they can dramatically increase the value of your Sage CRM implementation.
