It’s common to have questions about CRM after your Launch Date. We encourage Project Champions to ask plenty of questions and bring up any issues with us so we can help your team feel comfortable with CRM.

REMEMBER

MS Teams chat is great for:
• Scheduling and organizing meetings
• Asking quick “where is” or “what is” type CRM questions
• Submitting questions lists and agenda lists
• Asking questions about the OnTrack CRM Success System

The Support Portal is great for:
• If you are having a technical issue with CRM
• If there has been an issue with your setup/installation
• If you are receiving error messages
• If you cannot log in to CRM
• If you require a data import
• If you have a question for our support team

Monitor your Team Usage

Now that your team’s CRM is live, use the analytics tools daily to monitor that everyone in your organization is putting CRM to use. Encouraging everyone to complete tasks within CRM from the beginning is the best way to ensure a successful onboard.

Attend Concierge Check-ins (2-4 Calls)

Your Concierge will be calling-in periodically after your Launch Date to make sure everyone is now using the system, hear out any questions or concerns, and recommend next steps to have your CRM questions answered.

During these calls:
• Update us on your company’s progress
• Express any needs or concerns
• Organize next steps

Propose topics in MS Teams

Are there areas or subjects in CRM you know you’d like to learn more about? Propose topics on MS Teams you or your End-Users would like to learn more in-depth. If you don’t know specifically what you’d like to learn about, that’s fine too! Our Success Coach is available on MS Teams to help lead you in the right directions.

Attend Coaching Call I (Premium/Preferred Only)

After your initial launch period, you will meet with your Success Coach to go over more complicated questions and get hands-on assistance.

Attend Coaching Call II (Premium/Preferred Only)

Continue with your coaching sessions to discuss topics, such as dashboards, reports, CRM adoption management (ensuring the staff is embracing CRM), personalization, and to generally address any issues faced with CRM adoption.
These sessions involve the OnTrack Success Coach and other members of the Project Champion’s team as required.

Compile a wishlist from your users of projects, customizations, and major configurations your team is interested in implementing. You can use this list to work out a longer-term schedule with your Success Coach to grow and improve your CRM system.
