Tool Tips for Easier Setup
You’ll now see small info icons across the EZ Buttons interface that explain what each field does. A simple hover gives you the guidance you need right when you need it.
Save a Copy That Opens Instantly
When you duplicate a button, you’ll now jump straight into the new version, with no more searching through lists to find it.
Simplified Start/End Date Editing
A clean new reset icon replaces the old red X, making it easier to set or clear the number of days before a task starts.
Microsoft UI Language Refresh
Labels and terms have been updated to better match Microsoft’s own design language, so everything feels familiar and consistent with the rest of your CRM experience.
Smarter Conditional Logic
You can now use AND/OR logic when setting conditions for button visibility. Create buttons that only appear for certain customer types, locations, or other criteria for more control, less clutter.
Email Template Preview
No more guessing which email template you’ve picked. You can now preview the full message while creating your email button, making setup faster and more accurate.
Automatic Redirect to Email Screen
When you create an email through EZ Buttons, you’re taken straight to the new email screen getting you ready to review and send without extra clicks.
Upload Documents from Anywhere
A new button type is on the way that will let you upload quotes, contracts, and photos directly from an Account record, powered by EZ Documents. Drag, drop, done.
EZ Notes Updates
Find, Track, and Manage Notes Effortlessly!
Keyword Search in Notes Timeline
No more scrolling through endless lists. You can now search your notes by keyword right inside the EZ Notes timeline to find exactly what you need, fast.
Improved Note Closing and Reopening
Closing or reopening a note now affects only the one you’ve selected, not its parent or child notes, giving you better control and keeping your records clean.
EZ Projects Updates
A Clearer View of Your Projects and Tasks.
Project Tasks Now Appear in Account Timelines
Project tasks now automatically show up in your Account Timelines, so you can see everything happening across your projects without switching screens.
Cleaned-Up Task Owner Field
No more scrolling through inactive or system accounts when assigning work. The task owner dropdown has now been simplified to show only active users.
