And now you can keep your email templates connected, too: select an email template saved in CRM from a single email button and send it fast, so your team spends less time hunting for the right template and more time following up.
EZ Notes
Keeping notes organized is essential when multiple people touch the same account. With this release, EZ Notes makes it easier to keep key details visible, organized, and connected to the right records.
With tagging and color-coding, you can group notes by topic, priority, or team so the right information is easier to find when you need it. And when something needs action, you can mention teammates directly in a note to pull them in quickly, without extra back-and-forth.

EZ Activities Lite
EZ Activities Lite helps teams reduce the time spent creating the same activities over and over.
