How to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft Teams
Get CRM updates in Teams
This week in Microsoft Dynamics Support, I am going to show you how to integrage Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM with Microsoft Teams.
This will allow users to see updates on accounts and other specific Dynamics 365 CRM records in Microsoft Teams.

IMPORTANT: This method of integration is NOT currently available.
We will add an updated video on Teams integration when it is once again made available.
Connect a record to a channel or team
1.) Choose a Microsoft Teams channel or team to link to Dynamics 365. To the right of the channel or team name, click on More options […] and choose Connectors.
2.) Search for “CRM,” and click Configure for Dynamics 365.
3.) If you have multiple Dynamics365 instances, select the instance that you want to use, then select the record that you want to get the updates from and click Save.
NOTE: You may need to use the search function to find a specific record.
Any updates to the activities on the record you chose will now show up in the channels or team you connected.
Connect another record
To connect more records to a channel or team, just follow steps 1-3 above for each record.
Remove one or more connections
To remove any record or disconnect the connector all together,
1.) Choose the Microsoft Teams channel or team with a connection you want to remove, click on More options […] to the right of the channel or team name, and choose Connectors.
2.) Search for “CRM,” and click the X Configured link below the Configure button in Dynamics 365.
3.) Choose the record you wish to remove, and click Manage > Remove > Remove.
If all records have been removed, the connector will be disabled.
