CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, which already hints at one of the primary benefits of using a CRM system like Microsoft Dynamics 365. But there’s a lot more to CRM systems than just managing your relationships with customers!
So what is CRM, exactly, and how does it go above and beyond its name?
CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 aren’t limited to tracking customer interactions. Among other features, they also help you track your interactions with everyone from prospects to partners, and can help you smooth and standardize workflows while increasing visibility for management and team members.
